All room rates and packages include ALL government taxes, ALL fees, ALL service charges and full American Breakfast Buffet per person, daily. We add no hidden fees or extra charges to your bill. Incidentals such as Lunch and Dinner, Beverages and Minibar are on the guest account. All rates are in US Dollars. Free local phone charges, free WiFi, and free use of an iPad during stay.

2027 Dynamic Rates (beginning December 20, 2026)
For room nights from December 20, 2026 onward, Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort will transition to a dynamic pricing model. Under this structure, rates adjust in real time based on demand and availability.
Under our dynamic structure, guests may choose between:
Flexible Rate
Please note that the Flexible Rate cancellation and payment policy remains the same as our existing 2026 static rate structure:
• Cancelable up to 31 days prior to arrival without penalty
• Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
• Within 30 days of arrival, reservation becomes 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable
Non-Refundable Rate
• Full payment due at time of booking
• 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once booked
• Offered at a preferred rate for guests with firm travel plans
Please note that dynamic pricing applies only to room nights from December 20, 2026 onward and does not retroactively affect stays occurring entirely before this date.
