- Room cancellations will be processed the way we received them. If made by phone or direct email, cancellations are processed only that way and if made via the website booking engine, cancel only through the booking engine which is quick and easy via the link sent in your confirmation mail.
- We highly recommend travel insurance and cancellation insurance for your protection against any unforeseen circumstances that cause a cancellation.
- We do not refund or change dates within the penalty period.
- Minimum stay requirements do apply with 5 days year round and 7 days during holidays and peak periods.
